The 4th of July is probably one of my favorite holidays with all the fireworks, amazing food, and family I don't think I could spend it any other way. Taylor's Grandma and Grandpa bought everyone on the Romney side tickets to the Oakley Rodeo so Taylor and I left around 5ish on Saturday and got to the Ranch in Utah around 9:30ish and started partying with the family.
The next day we woke up around 8. Hannah's baby woke up so we played with little Emmit for a while on our inflatable bed. He is such a happy baby to be around you seriously can't help but not love that little boy. After every one else started to wake up we all ate breakfast and got ready for the day. Then we all got in the car and went on a drive up the mountain to see all the snow that was still up there. There was so much snow and to top it all off it was around 70 degrees, It was so beautiful up there.
After we got back we decided to go catch the horses and go for a ride around the East Bench. I haven't been on a horse in a while so it was nice getting to ride again especially with Taylor. He seemed to enjoy himself very much. The next day was the 4th of July, we all woke up and went to the Kamas parade. I caught an otter pop!!! Then we took our little cousin Carson to the Jr. rodeo he was so cute he signed up for the chicken chase but when he saw that the other kids were a little bit faster he started to cry. It really breaks your heart when you see them start to cry, but then after he rode a sheep!!! he was so cute to watch.
Later that night we all went to the Oakley Rodeo it was so much fun out of everything that happened I think the one thing I'll never forget is this Latin lady yelled at me because I was apparently in her seat. hahah it was really funny. Taylor and I had such a great time being with our family we love them all very much and are so grateful for everything they have done for us.
